LIMINAL: An evening of dance theatre - Cycles and Cold Hands

 
Risk taking, original, challenging, intimate, dance
and theatre come to ong king. Liminal features two
works, Cold Hands directed by Abel Coelho and Cycles
by misa. Cold Hands challenges the borders between
individuals. Cycles is a psychologically complex theatrical
performance about an expected child.

Recent Secret Club Exhibits & Talks:

        "RESOLVE of the Baystate" sponsored a Secret Club         presentation, "Understanding Pregnancy Loss
        Through the Arts" on June 3, 2008 at Lasell College
        in Newton, MA.    

Laura Seftel accepted the first annual Pregnancy Loss Awareness Award on behalf of the Secret Club artists in June. The award was bestowed by the Pregnancy Loss Support Program and Professional Network in New York, NY (hosted by the National Council of Jewish Women - NY Section).

The Perinatal Loss Support Group of Anne Arundel Medical Center and Creating Communities Foundation paired up to host the Secret Club exhibit and presentation in Annapolis, MD in Sept. 2007.

• The Secret Club was featured at the "Creativity & Madness" conference in Santa Fe, NM, in August. Almost 1,000 participants attended the presentation -- a great opportunity to share our work.

• The Jacob Edwards Library in Southbridge, MA hosted a Secret Club event and a book-signing for "Grief Unseen" May 19, 2007. Thanks to Southbridge OB-GYN for sponsoring the event.
  

• Beacon Hospice sponsored the Secret Club exhibit and talk at Women & Infant's Hospital in Providence, RI in April 2007.
